Job Description
Position: Medical Provider Support Unit Officer (NCR)
Salary Offer: PHP 18,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
Male, with own motorcycle
With a pleasing personality
College graduate (open to fresh graduates)
Knowledgeable in:
Project Management
Business Knowledge
Customer Service
Healthcare
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet)
Strong communication skills
Residing within NCR
Job Responsibilities:
Implement new technologies and digital solutions for providers
Provide training and support for digital platforms to provider staff
Resolve system integration issues for performance and reliability
Generate reports and analytics on integration success
Maintain and organize the provider database
Establish and maintain provider relationships through regular visits
Manage provider suspensions
Monitor outstanding accounts receivable from providers
Assist with hospital admissions and discharges for members
Facilitate accreditation of new providers (hospitals, clinics, doctors)
Other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior
