Job Description

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in database migration, preferably with SQL Server and SSMA tools.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA) and its capabilities for migrating databases from various platforms.
• Experience in working with non-SQL Server databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, DB2) and understanding their architecture and migration requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) for database hosting and migration is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot complex migration issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and teams effectively.
