Job Description
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or relevant field.
● Certification or foundational knowledge in project management methodologies.
● Experience or background in call center operations functions such as workforce management, quality assurance, training, or technology support is advantageous.
● Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively within operations, specifically in a call center environment.
