Ayala Land Premier is looking for highly motivated and results-driven Property Specialists to join our team. As a Property Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting and selling luxury real estate properties, providing clients with exceptional service, and guiding them in making sound investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Ayala Land Premier’s high-end residential properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends.
- Identify and qualify potential buyers through networking and prospecting.
- Provide expert advice on property investment and lifestyle choices.
- Coordinate site visits and present properties to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in any field (or at least 72 units taken).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic sales environment.
