Job Description
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or services is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Excel)
- Familiar with internal controls and audit procedures
- Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and regulations
