Job Description

TASQ is looking for call center agents to work on site in Taguig for an account that has a hybrid working setup. The salary package is up to P36,500, depending on the experience. Please keep your line open for the over-the-phone interview.

Qualifications:
*HS Grad/SHS Grad/Completed 2yrs in college w/ no back subjects
*401K/Retirement/Life Insurance Experience required
*good written and verbal communication, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, and negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Description:
*Occasional overnight travel (1-3 times per year) to participate in customer meetings may be necessary
*Requires basic knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products and services
*Must have ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment to meet customer needs and achieve overall business goals
*Must possess a basic understanding of accounting and recordkeeping systems and PC applications
