Tenured: ₱18,000 - ₱28,000
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
Match customer needs with client products, solutions, and services.
Use negotiation and influencing skills to handle objections and gain customer buy-in.
Share information with both internal and external clients while collaborating with colleagues.
