Job Description
-Work closely with Cloud and Operations and Security product teams to document the policies and procedures that govern their products in terms that are business-friendly and easily to understand
-Collect specific business requirements from the approved policies and procedures and deliver them to the Governance engineering team for implementation
-Develop reporting that provides visibility into application health and exceptions to the approved policies that govern Cloud products
-Identify exceptions to approved policies and communicate an action plan and due date for remediation by product teams
- Develop and execute a communication and training plan around the dashboards, tools, and sites that help the Cloud Governance team communicate to the Tech and Engineering team
-Support the Organizational Change governance program which seeks to improve the overall governance process linked to regular changes across the Tech and Engineering organization.
-Ensure that data the Tech and Engineering team leverages for ongoing accountability/responsibility is current and changes communicated.
