Barista

We are looking for a talented and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and a flair for creating beautiful latte art. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and espresso-based drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that each customer has a delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, mochas, and cold brew.
• Create intricate and beautiful latte art designs in cappuccinos and lattes, using free pour or etching techniques, based on customer preferences.
• Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and offering suggestions based on their tastes and preferences.
• Be familiar with the different types of coffee beans and their origins, grind sizes, and preparation methods to create the best coffee beverages for our customers.
• Assist in keeping track of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies to ensure the bar is always stocked.
• Promote new beverages, seasonal specials, and upsell add-ons such as pastries, flavored syrups, or alternative milk options.
• Ability to consistently create well-crafted coffee beverages and ensure the presentation of drinks meets high standards.
• Ability to manage multiple orders in a busy environment while maintaining a high level of quality and service.
