Job Summary:
We are seeking a Support Engineer to manage our customer ticketing process and provide technical assistance during ticketing downtime. This role requires an engineering background and experience with JSON. While the position is primarily focused on internal support, occasional email communication with customers may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer tickets efficiently.
Handle data and configurations using JSON.
Provide technical and engineering support to the current cohort during periods of low ticket volume.
Respond to customer inquiries via email when necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing ticketing systems or similar customer support processes.
Strong working knowledge of JSON.
Engineering background or technical expertise to assist with problem-solving and process improvements.
Excellent written communication skills for clear email correspondence.
Ability to work independently and adapt during ticketing downtime.
Additional Information:
This is an internal support role with minimal direct customer interaction, focusing primarily on optimizing our ticketing process and assisting with technical challenges.
