Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate must be willing to conduct fieldwork and have prior experience in the banking or financing industry.

Revive inactive agents (Loan Consultants)
· Keep consistent communication via (cell phone, email, social media)
· Update agent data (mobile no, email, home address, work address)
· Incentivize through workshops, orientation, promos, events, and benefits

Build relationship with existing active agents (Loan Consultants)
· Keep consistent communication
· Address concerns and comments
· Incentivize through workshops, orientation, promos, events, and benefits

Accredit new agents (Loan Consultants)
· Use marketing tools (social media: [ i.e. group chats, facebook posts, linked in] online ads, telemarketing: [text, calls, emails])
· Incentivize through workshops, orientation, promos, events, and benefits

Train all accredited agents (Loan Consultants)
· Orientation (online, in-person), seminars
· Small to large scale events and workshops

· Collect applications from agents (Loan Consultants) and increase volume of sales production

AGENCIES

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, financing, or a related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to do fieldwork.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
