Conduct regular audits and assessments of business operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations that could impact the company’s operations, and ensure timely communication and implementation of any necessary changes.
Provide advice and guidance to management and departments on compliance-related issues.
Identify potential compliance risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
Prepare and deliver compliance training to employees to raise awareness of compliance policies and procedures.
Investigate compliance concerns and report findings to senior management.
Manage the compliance reporting process, including internal reporting and external regulatory submissions.
Coordinate and cooperate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance reviews or investigations.
Maintain documentation related to compliance activities, audits, and assessments.
Assist in the development and enforcement of internal policies and procedures that promote ethical business conduct.
Ensure that the company meets corporate governance, anti-money laundering (AML), anti-bribery, and data protection regulations.
