CCPC manufactures top grade corn grits (brand name: MAIS DE ORO), corn starch (brand names: UNICORN & GOLDEN PEACOCK) and by-products such as corn gluten feeds, corn gluten meal, corn flour, corn bran and corn germ. CCPC is also in the business of corn grains trading. CCPC’s principal office is at the 11th Floor of Ayala Life FGU Center in Cebu Business Park, Cebu City. Its manufacturing plant is located in a 7-hectare compound in Purok 6, Barangay Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental.

Job Description
Oversee and ensure a smooth and efficient production operations – that the plant is achieving its targets and maintaining quality standards. Leads and supervises personnel in the plant: Machine Operators, Utilities Personnel, as well as all other workers assigned inside the plant compound during shift.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering: Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or equivalent
- With at least 5-8 years of progressive experience in all facets of Production with direct product responsibility.
- Adept in handling people.
- Above average communication skills
- Above-average management skills - planning, leading, organizing, controlling
- Able to work in a shifting schedule
- Must be computer literate
- Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Salary:
- ₱25,000.00 Monthly
