Company Description:: Ricor Mills Corporation (RMC) was established on September 10, 1975, in Cebu City. Its main line of business is in the manufacturing of various vegetable oils, shortening products, and animal feed ingredients. The company’s mother plant is located in Bulacao, Talisay City with crushing and refining facilities. It also has extension plants located in Cagayan de Oro City and in San Rafael, Bulacan which are both equipped with refining facilities. The company has decided to embark on a new project, namely, a cassava starch manufacturing plant located in Panadtalan, Maramag, Bukidnon.

Job Description

Oversee and ensure a smooth and efficient production operations – that the plant is achieving its targets and maintaining quality standards. Leads and supervises production personnel as well as all other workers assigned inside the plant during shift.

Qualifications:

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in all facets of production with direct product responsibility
-Adept in handling and supervising people
-Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
-Highly motivated with a positive working attitude
-Must be willing to work in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro
