Job Description
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Engineering course
Minimum 2 years of experience as a QC supervisor/engineer and handling manpower in Electronics or Semiconductor company
Not a requirement but an advantage if has background on FPC manufacturing process
With knowledge and experience in using Problem Solving & Statistical Tools such as PDCA, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, OCAP, 7QC tools
Knows how to use Microsoft office applications
Has the ability to plan manpower allocation and improve efficiency
Not a requirement but an advantage if knows how to use minitab / JMP analysis
Willing to work on shifting schedule, extended hours, holidays, restdays/offdays
Willing to be assigned at First Sumiden LISP Cabuyao Laguna.
