Job Opportunity: Technical Service Supervisor
Are you a Biomedical Engineer, ECE, or Electro-Mechanical professional with experience in Hemodialysis machines? We are looking for a Technical Service Supervisor (TSS) to lead our technical operations and team of technicians.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities
-Educational Background: Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
-Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Hemodialysis machines, specifically 2008K and 4008A/4008S Series Fresenius Machines.
-Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Organizational Skills: Highly organized and disciplined in managing tasks and schedules.

Job Summary
As a Technical Service Supervisor, you will oversee and lead the company’s technical team, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with company standards, and client satisfaction. This role includes strategic planning, technical support, and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities
-Team Management and Scheduling
-Supervise and manage the company’s technicians across Bioregen Euro and Med Technik.
-Plan, develop, organize, and evaluate the team’s output and performance.
-Prepare and monitor weekly schedules for technicians.
-Analyze and summarize technicians’ daily activities to assess productivity and ensure efficient use of man-hours.
-Conduct weekly team meetings, prepare minutes, and escalate critical issues to the General Manager for resolution.

Technical Operations and Oversight
-Develop expertise in the operations of 2008K and 4008A/4008S Fresenius Machines and all related equipment used by Pro Euro and Bioregen Euro.
-Check and approve Job Orders before service execution.
-Oversee the preparation, testing, and timely delivery of machines and accessories from the warehouse.
-Inspect and approve all machines and their accessories prior to release for delivery.

Sales and Marketing
-Assist in the sales and marketing of Med Technik services.

Training and Development
-Plan and propose technical training and development programs for technicians, securing management approval.

Documentation and Compliance
-Develop and draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and forms for technicians, ensuring proper routing and management approval.
-Prepare all necessary documents and compliance certificates for machine delivery.

Additional Responsibilities:
*Handle other tasks designated by the immediate superior, department head, or management.
*Be adaptable to revisions of duties and responsibilities based on organizational needs.

Compensation:
Base Salary: Php 20,000
Allowances: Php 10,000
