Job Description

Tasks:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile account statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents required by US authorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or receivable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- At least 2 years' experience in People Management or managing a team.
