Job Description

Position: Assistant Vice President for Operations / Mandaluyong City
Company: to be discussed during the interview
Salary Range: 80,000 to 100,000
Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- With at least 5 year experience as General Manager in Construction or in the same position, mainly in residential construction
- Has excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Can delegate tasks to right personnel and able to reassess the current project status and prioritize activities
