Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- With at least 5 year experience as General Manager in Construction or in the same position, mainly in residential construction
- Has excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Can delegate tasks to right personnel and able to reassess the current project status and prioritize activities
