Job Description
Prepare and submit daily report progress and plans
Monitor the daily task of the whole department and subordinates
Monitor the Technical Line, Viber updates, and reports
Check email and respond if needed
Arrange and contact the technical team and all the branches.
Prepare and arrange the materials
Arrange and contact to contractors for branches
Monitor and check the performance of Contractors, Technicians, Maintenance Team onsite, Asses and report to the management.
Counter check and review of technical expense
Receive, review of PO, Liquidations, and payment request submitted.
Check and finalize time keeping of the department every cut-off.
TECHNICAL STAFF (Roving)
AC repair can be done. (Indoor and Outdoor units)
AC replacement can be done.
Exhaust Repair
Paint table and chairs, walls and ceilings. (The chairs and table are painted with a wood grain design)
TECHNICAL STAFF (Office Based)
Review and monitor coordinators daily task
Monitor the Technical Line, Viber updates, and reports
Check email and respond if needed
Arrange and contact the technical team and all the branches.
Prepare and arrange the materials
Counter check and review of technical expense
Receive, review of PO, Liquidations, and payment request submitted
