Job Description
Interview schedule: MARCH 05 & 06, 2025 - 09:00 AM
Location: HEAD OFFICE - PASAY CITY
Interviewer: Ms. Joms (Human Resource Supervisor)
Work schedule: Monday to Friday (08:00 AM to 05:00 PM)
Salary range: 20,000 (Manila Daily Wage Php 645.00, Meal Allowance Php 80.00, & Service Charge estimated Php 5,000 per month)

Job Description:
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
Orienting new employees to the organization
Preparing new employee files Maintaining current HR files and databases
Maintaining current HR files and databases
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, survey, etc.)
Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs promptly.
Has basic knowledge of Labor Law
