Job Description
*Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations,etc)
* Orient new employees to the organization
* Preparing new employee files Maintaining current HR files and databases
* Maintain current HR files and databases
* Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, survey, etc.)
* Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs promptly.
* Has basic knowledge of Labor Law
OTHERS:
Work schedule: Monday to Friday (08:00 AM to 05:00 PM)
Salary range: 20,000 (Manila Daily Wage Php 645.00, Meal Allowance Php 80.00, & Service Charge estimated Php 5,000 per month)
