Job Description
Inspects and identifies equipment, electrical appliances, furniture, fixtures and fittings in need of repair or replacements;
Performing basic electrical repairs;
Performing maintenance of electricity, carpentry and repair of the facility.
Installs new air conditioning systems and refrigerators in buildings or replacing existing units.
Conducts routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to keep them running efficiently and prevent breakdowns;
Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician;
Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors and other building fixtures;

Record maintenance work and activities, compile maintenance reports and records to management. Provide repair recommendations and insights to assist in maintenance planning;
Develop and execute facility maintenance and repair plans to ensure the long-term sustainability of the facility. Manage equipment repair budgets, monitor expenditures, and seek cost-effective solutions;
Manage inventory of equipment and repair components to ensure an adequate supply of spare parts for emergencies;
Manage and maintain repair tools and equipment to ensure their proper functioning and safety;
Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities;
Identify supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance;
Installs new air conditioning systems and refrigerators in buildings or replacing existing units. (FOR AIRCON MAINTENANCE)
Performs other related duties as assigned;
JOB QUALIFICATION
High school graduate or equivalent required
Related experience preferred
Strong background/experience on Electrical System or AIRCON AND REFRIGERATION
Good understanding of the technical electrical systems
