Job Description:
The Tableau Developers (Project-Based) will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality business intelligence (BI) solutions within specified timelines. Key responsibilities include:

Designing and implementing scalable analytic and reporting solutions.

Translating business requirements into reports and dashboards from multiple data sources.

Validating reports to ensure data accuracy.

Designing and implementing Data Marts and Data Warehouses using best practices.

Creating and automating reports, and conducting data analysis for ad-hoc reporting needs.

Developing user guides and documentation for run management and ad-hoc reporting.

Transitioning developed reports and dashboards to the Operations and Support Team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau.

Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Oracle, etc.).

Experience in data visualization, relational databases, and data warehouse design.

Knowledge of data modeling techniques (star schemas, snowflake schemas, etc.).

Strong logical and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.

Knowledge of Agile Methodology, SDLC, or Project Management is a plus.

Willing to work onsite on a day shift (Monday to Friday) with remote work options once a week.

Willing to start immediately under a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
