Job Summary:
The Workforce Real-Time Analyst (RTA) is responsible for monitoring, managing, and optimizing real-time workforce performance in a BPO environment. This role ensures effective staffing levels, adherence to schedules, and service level achievement by tracking call volume, agent productivity, and operational efficiency. The RTA collaborates with operations and workforce management teams to adjust resources dynamically and improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- 2 years completed in College
- 1 year experience as RTA
- Willing to work on site
- Willing to start ASAP
- Salary:
- ₱33,000.00 Monthly
