Job Description
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
