Job Description
- Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
- Prepare financial reports and assist in account reconciliation
- Handle payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Support audits and resolve financial discrepancies
- Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
-Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
