Business Development Staff

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Officer to expand our network of beauty content creators and influencers. In this role, you will focus on identifying, collaborating with, and managing influencer partnerships to drive brand growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify Influencers: Research and pinpoint beauty content creators and influencers across various social media platforms who align with our brand values.
Outreach and Collaboration: Initiate contact, build partnerships, and negotiate mutually beneficial terms for collaborations.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with influencers to ensure long-term collaborations.
Project Coordination: Communicate project details such as campaign requirements, deadlines, and performance expectations to influencers.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, compiling detailed performance reports.
Data Management: Use Microsoft Excel to maintain organized, accurate records and generate insightful reports.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
