Job Description

Responsibilities/Duties:
Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers.
Provide support for product inquiries, order status, returns, exchanges, and billing concerns.
Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective solutions with a customer-first mindset.
Utilize company tools to track and manage customer interactions accurately.
Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and expertise.

Requirements:
With Experience in Sales.
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)/SHS Graduate (New Curriculum).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
Willing to work on-site and in shifting schedules (Dayshift - Midshift).
