Job Description
- Ensures a positive experience for the guests of the hotel and finds ways to increase quality of customer service .
- Anticipates all guests needs and must respond promptly and accordingly.
- Responsible for answering day-to-day queries, complaints or problems arising in the hotel .
- Maintains full knowledge of room rates, hotel policies, specials , VIP guests, hotel events and functions, etc.
- Supervises furnishing and renovation projects of the hotel.
- Plans and coordinates events or conferences and ensures they run smoothly.
