Duties:
- Knowledge of all branch stations
- Know company policy & culture inside & out
- Have clear communication with upper management
- Ensure food safety procedures
- Serve DAF (Disciplinary Action Form)
- Impart core values and core practices to staff
- Check accuracy of all store forms
- Accurate order of all stocks
- Keep equipment in good working conditions
- Uniform & grooming check of all staff
- Conduct final interview for rank & file
- Scheduling & Timekeeping
- Ensure cleanliness of stations
- Evaluate BOH & FOH Supervisors
- Train FOH and BOH supervisors
- Motivate staff
- Ensure the fulfillment of sale and production quotas
- Handling store cash (Revolving fund and Bank deposits)
- Ensure store Opens/Closes on time
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior
Salary Offer: Php 25,000.00-30,000.00
