Telemarketer

Job Qualifications:
At least College level of any business or sales-related courses.
With 3 to 5 years of work experience in telemarketing.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic computer proficiency.

Job Description:
Contact potential or existing customers via phone.
Follow scripts to promote products or services.
Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
Gather customer information and maintain accurate records.
Address and respond to customer inquiries about the product.
Process sales transactions and ensure order accuracy.
Follow up on leads and callbacks when needed.
Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals.
Track performance metrics (calls made, sales closed, conversion rates).
Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions.
Performs other tasks assigned by the Immediate Head.
