Job Description
· Recording /Posting of transaction, Purchase book, Cash Disbursement book, sales book, Cash Receipt Book, Acknowledgement Receipt.
· Handles check payments request.
· Handles and Process Government Mandatory remittances such as BIR taxes through EFPS, SSS Premiums and Loans, Philhealth Premiums, Pag-ibig Premiums and Loans.
· Prepare Monthly Financial statement.
· Prepare journal entries for any corrections/adjustments on records....
· Reviews, checks and corrects errors and inconsistencies in Financial entries, documents and schedules
· Performs Monthly Bank Reconciliation
· Prepare the year-end report
· Other Functions as the need arise and as instructed by the immediate superior
Qualifications:
· Graduate of B.S. Accountancy
· With a minimum of 2-years’ experience in General Accounting
· Must be analytical and a fast learner
· Must have above average oral and written communication skills
· Must have knowledge and preferably with hands on experience on any Accounting software and other MS Office applications, especially Excel
· Can handle multi-tasking and work with minimum supervision
· Candidates must be able to prepare and complete Monthly Financial Statement on time
· Knowledgeable with Tax Regulations, Tax Memorandums and deadlines
· Knowledge of EFPS filing
