Job Description
· Provide technical support to customers via telephone and e-mail.
· He/she can guide customers toward accomplishing their goals.
· Requires learning the details of the customer’s business application, designing a solution, testing the concepts, and leading them to success.
· Responsible for answering questions or resolving software and other IT related issues via in person, by telephone, or from remote location.
· Develop new training curriculums as needed and Conduct training classes for small groups
· Provide support on a wide variety of internal projects, including software testing, technical documentation, and even some application design
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Information Technology or equivalent
· With 2-5 years’ experience in ERP/HRIS project training and implementation
· Proven Analytical skills and Problem-Solving Skills
· Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
· Proficient in Crystal Report Writing Tools
· Proficient in Microsoft SQL Database or familiar another DBMS
· Customer Service Oriented
· Advanced Technical Skill is an advantage
· Knowledge in HTML/CSS/Java Script is an Advantage
