Job Description

The role of a Quantity Surveyor (QS) is critical to ensuring that projects are completed within budget and adhere to cost and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Estimation:
Develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and time requirements.
Cost Control:
Monitor and control the budget throughout the construction process, ensuring the project does not exceed the estimated costs.
Contract Management:
Prepare and manage contracts between the client, contractors, and suppliers.
Procurement:
