Job Description
We’re looking for skilled professionals to fill the following positions:
- Virtual Assistant (B2B & CSR Experienced)
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant and Customer Service Representative
- Strong B2B communication skills
- Must be comfortable communicating with foreign clients
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
VA - Painting Takeoff Estimator
- Minimum of 1-year experience working for a paint company
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field
- Proficient in PlanSwift software
- Strong background in reading blueprints
- Experience in handling US clients is a plus
- Knowledge in detailed paint take-offs (artistic paint, wallpaper, etc.)
VA - HVAC Designer
- 2-3 years of experience in the HVAC field/industry
- Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, including estimations, order processing, and repairs
- Background in reading blueprints
- Familiarity with New York City building codes
- Experience working with US clients
- Computer literate with average communication skills
