Job Description
o Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and sales growth
o Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event activations
o Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals
o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies
o Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
o Build and maintain relationships with external partners, media, and influencers
