Marketing Assistant

A. Overall Monitoring of Department Stores Brand Visuals and Animation
Ensure that all merchandising spaces are updated.
Work with creatives department for the brand projects that need to be implemented.
Directly coordinate with the suppliers for the print ads, visuals, and merchandising guidelines. Making sure that all procurement matters concerning marketing, will be effectively mapped on timelines.
Coordinates with operations, and merchandising for the necessary requirements for the filing of permits.

B. Branding, and Collaboration
Create alliances and deals to strengthen and increase awareness of Scent & Beaute Inc. distribution brands.
Monitor all promotions and marketing activities.
Creates promotional activities that are suitable for Scent & Beaute Inc.'s brands.
Ensure that all necessary requirements for brands and promotional activities are in place (Permits, visuals, etc.)
Digital: Create content and manage social media pages: Facebook and Instagram

C. Events Coordination
Internal and external coordination of events. Coordinates with operations, merchandising, suppliers, for implementation of the idea generated and presented by the Marketing Team.

D. Documentation
Prepare post-evaluation / post mortem for all activities under marketing.
Manage job orders for Creatives Department
Monitoring all marketing projects may it be digital or on-ground events and activities.
Processing and monitoring of payables. Coordinates with accounting and suppliers for efficient monitoring.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field required
1 year Brand Marketing or Sales experience, with basic understanding of business and finance
Problem solving, critical and analytical thinking, communication and strategic planning skills
Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
High level of initiative and assertiveness; strong motivation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work on multiple projects at a time while delivering strong results
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications (Docs, Sheet, Slide, Gmail).
Basic knowledge of Adobe and / or similar platforms.
Pragmatic and agile mindset, able & willing to work with what’s available (rather than wait for perfect) and constantly adapt to changing realities
