Condo Cleaner

Responsibilities:

* Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and other areas within condos.
* Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
* Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
* Disinfect high-touch areas (e.g., doorknobs, light switches, handles).
* Clean and sanitize appliances, fixtures, and furniture.
* Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly.
* Restock toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other essentials as needed.
* Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to property management.
* Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
* Follow specific cleaning protocols to meet client expectations and health regulations.
* Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' privacy.
* May be required to clean common areas of the building, including hallways, elevators, and lobbies.
