Job Summary
Ikey Local Agency Corp is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our team for placement at a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience or internship in a 4-5 star luxury hotel and be comfortable with a flexible, shifting schedule. As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining clean and well-presented rooms and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and arrange guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the relevant department.
- Ensure all hotel areas assigned are sanitized and in pristine condition, adhering to hotel and agency standards.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Handle guest belongings respectfully and professionally while cleaning rooms.
- Manage and maintain room service supplies and ensure availability for the next shift.
- Uphold strict safety, sanitation, and health protocols in line with the hotel’s policies.

Qualifications:
- Education: College graduate.
- Experience: Previous work experience or internship in a 4-5 star luxury hotel.
- Schedule: Available for a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
