Job Description
Work Schedule: Day Shift / Monday to Saturday (8am-5pm)
Job Description:
Prepare cost estimate & materials take off job orders, requested bid scope of works. (Fits-out)
Prepare plans, design & Layout for bidding including in the scope of works with Auto Cad Layouts.
Prepare procurement and supply materials for quotation including necessary documents with drawings and specs.
Oversees QS personnel assigned to various project sites.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role working on QS Dept. of a construction firm or similar field
Capable of using Various QS related tools and applications for data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
