Facility (Engineer B)- FPIP SITE

Job Description:

To monitor facility personnel and assigned job in each facility member and lead job responsibilities.
Knowledgeable in handling basic 2D software like AutoCad.
Ability to decide or work with minimum supervision
Able to analyze and troubleshoot of any facility equipment.
To prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
To review and understand equipment and method of operations, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems.
Supporting any afterhours building needs and activities as required and comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
Have a wide knowledge on how to read Build Plan Project.
Able to perform Spare Parts Monitoring and Problem Analysis.
Can study new item Spare parts for improvement of the machine.

Qualifications:

Must possess PRC license and Mechanical Engineer Graduate.
At least 2 years work experience in construction of industrial building.
Experience in Maintaining and operation of all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system and building repairs.
Must be knowledge in compressor, MVSG, LVSG, Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHU, FCU.
Know how to operate Genset, HVAC, CDA and knowledge on ATS and how to use facility Equipment.
Creating Reports on maintenance, repairs safety and other occurrences for engineers and other relevant staff.
Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.
Have a good skills for Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint program and good skills for presentation.
