Job Description

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines
Qualifications:
Male, not more than 40 years old.
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong experience in sales and incident report presentations.
Minimum of 2 years experience in supplier & client crisis management.
Must be a current resident of Metro Manila.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Manage crisis situations and ensure timely resolutions
Prepare and deliver professional sales and incident report presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to improve business relations
Address client concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention
