Japanese BPO Manager (Php 165 000 Monthly Salary)

Position: Japanese BPO Manager
Company Industry: Advertising Company
Work Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 165,000 Monthly
Breakdown: P 100,000 basic + 65,000 Allowance
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday)
Fixed Dayshift (8 am to 5 pm)
5 days a week only and fixed Saturday and Sunday off

Requirements:
· Can speak, read, and write Japanese Language
· Must be Filipino and can speak Japanese
· Experience in Sales or digital marketing is a great advantage
· NO JLPT required (open to non-JLPT passers)
· Must be able to speak Conversational English
· Sales, cross-selling, and up-selling experience is a big advantage
· Willing to work onsite to handle the operations
· Experience in Sales and digital marketing

Responsibilities:

- In charge of managing the entire operations of the account
- Manage the team of Japanese-speaking customer service specialist
- Create weekly reports and submit them for management reference
- Manages the daily operations of the office
- Ensure that the center is complying with industry and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with Business leaders for proposals
- Become the main bridge between upper management and employees
