Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields
• Licensed Electrical Engineer
• At least 5 years' work experience in the same field
• Proven experience in managing operations in a technical or service-oriented environment
• In-depth knowledge of meter testing standards, calibration procedures, and safety regulations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business development skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful and dependable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office operations (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
