Job Description

WE'RE HIRING: BUSINESS UNIT HEAD – METER LABORATORIES INC. (MLI HEAD)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including testing, calibration, repair, and maintenance of meters.
- Lead and train a team of technicians and support staff to ensure productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee procurement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, budgets, and inventory management.
- Implement cost-control measures and optimize resources.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Licensed Electrical Engineer.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar field.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledgeable in meter testing standards, calibration procedures, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and has basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

Job Details:
Salary: Php 45,000 – Php 55,000
Location: Santolan, Pasig City, Metro Manila
Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Saturday work only as needed)
Onsite Work Setup
