Job Description:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to customers by handling their inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently. Your role is to ensure a positive customer experience while representing the company professionally.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls from customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
Qualifications:
Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience (BPO, including OJT).
Open to High School and Senior High School graduates.
Strong English communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in computer navigation and typing (25-30 WPM).
Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro.
