Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
- Manage the owner's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle appointments.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents.
- Draft, review, and edit emails, reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, memos, and business documents as required.
2. Office & Business Coordination
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the owner and employees, clients, or external stakeholders.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and messages in a professional manner.
- Oversee office supplies, procurement, and administrative needs.
3. Security Agency Operations Assistance
- Assist in managing security personnel records and compliance documentation.
- Maintain and track important contracts, permits, and licenses.
- Support in preparing reports and monitoring agency performance metrics.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and government agencies as needed.
4. Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments and management.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or administrative officer. Experience in a security agency or similar industry is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
