Job Description

Guardians Bonafide for Hope Foundation Inc. School is seeking a Research and Development (R&D) Staff to drive innovation and improvement across all aspects of the institution, including academics, administration, operations, student services, and infrastructure. The R&D Staff will conduct research, analyze institutional performance, and develop new strategies to enhance educational quality, operational efficiency, and overall school growth.

1. Academic Research & Development
- Conduct research to enhance curricula, teaching methodologies, and instructional materials.
- Develop innovative educational programs, assessment tools, and digital learning strategies.
- Analyze student performance data to propose interventions for academic excellence.
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate research-driven teaching methods and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and accreditation standards.

2. Administrative & Operational Development
- Research and implement best practices in school management, policy-making, and institutional governance.
- Analyze operational workflows and recommend efficiency improvements in administrative processes.
- Develop and implement strategies for faculty and staff development.
- Support the improvement of financial management, resource allocation, and institutional planning.

3. Student Services & Campus Development
- Research student needs and propose enhancements in student support services, guidance, and extracurricular programs.
- Develop initiatives to improve campus facilities, security, and sustainability practices.
- Conduct surveys and studies to assess student satisfaction and well-being.

4. Institutional Innovation & Growth
- Monitor educational trends, technology advancements, and industry innovations to drive institutional growth.
- Assist in securing research grants and funding opportunities for school development projects.
- Collaborate with external partners, government agencies, and educational organizations for research and development initiatives.
- Evaluate the impact of school policies and programs and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

5. Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, Research, Social Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in research, institutional development, education, administration, or project management. Fresh graduates with strong research skills may also be considered.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of research methodologies, data analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to develop policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes, school operations, and institutional governance.
- Proficiency in using research tools, statistical software, and project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in institutional research, policy development, or education management.
- Knowledge of educational technology, learning management systems (LMS), and administrative software.
- Background in proposal writing, grant applications, and project development.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices, security systems, and campus development strategies.
