Job Description
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma
• Minimum 1-year work experience as Encoder / Cashier
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned in Naic Cavite.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment.
• Professional attitude and appearance Client-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen effectively and respond appropriatley
• Understanding and properly encoding details with minimal errors.
• Assign to do other related tasks from time to time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the efficient encoding and processing of customer’s payment. Receives payment by cash & check and issues official receipts.
• Ensures total collection transactions tally with the cash on hand. Reconciles total payments
Received with total sales.
• Properly accomplished and submits the Daily Collection Reports to the Finance Staff
• Secures confidential information and documents
• Encoding of transaction such name, amount, OR number, check number and date/time of transaction
