We're Hiring: Learning Experience Manager (BPO – Training & Development)
Location: Tagbilaran, Bohol (Onsite)
Salary: Up to PHP 70,000

What You’ll Do:
As a Learning Experience Manager, you will lead the development and execution of training programs across multiple lines of business (LOBs), ensuring teams are equipped with the skills needed for success. Your key responsibilities include:

- Managing and overseeing training programs for various LOBs/campaigns.
- Developing and implementing learning strategies that enhance employee performance.
- Leading and mentoring training teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Analyzing training effectiveness and making data-driven improvements.
- Collaborating with operations and leadership to align training with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in BPO training.
✔ Proven experience in handling multiple LOBs or campaigns.
✔ Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
✔ Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
✔ Ability to analyze training metrics and drive continuous improvement.
✔ Willing to work onsite in Tagbilaran, Bohol.
